How do I book a pontoon charter?
You can easily book online through our website or give us a call to secure your trip. Spots fill up fast, so we recommend booking in advance!
Do I need a boating license?
No, all our charters include a licensed and experienced captain who will handle everything while you relax and enjoy the ride.
What’s included in the charter price?
Your charter includes a private pontoon boat, a professional captain, fuel, and access to water toys like paddleboards and floats. You’re welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and personal items.
What should I bring on the boat?
We recommend bringing:
✔️ Sunscreen (reef-safe if possible)
✔️ Towels & sunglasses
✔️ Swimsuits & cover-ups
✔️ Snacks & drinks (BYOB allowed!)
✔️ A waterproof phone case for photos
Can we bring alcohol on the boat?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring beer, wine, or canned cocktails, but no glass bottles are allowed for safety reasons.
Are children allowed?
Absolutely! Our charters are family-friendly, and we provide life jackets for all ages. Let us know if you have little ones, and we’ll ensure they have the right-sized gear.
Will we see dolphins?
While we can’t guarantee it, dolphins are frequently spotted on our tours! Our captains know the best places to increase your chances of seeing them.

All bookings require a 20% deposit to confirm the trip. The remaining 80% can be paid in person at the dock to the Captain upon arrival. Cancellations more than 7 days prior to the trip will be refunded in full. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the confirmed trip date will forfeit your deposit at the discretion of Crab Island Charters.
